Bulk milling, custom blending, private-label packing and standing delivery programs — the four ways Texas kitchens and co-packers work with our Dallas mill.
Service 01
Bulk milling
You pick the spice, the origin tier and the mesh; we buy whole, hold it in the vault and grind against your release. Minimum order is one 5 lb pail, which is deliberately low — a new taqueria and a nine-unit group should be able to buy the same product.
- Mesh held to spec and verified on a sieve stack each run
- Metal detection and magnet check on every finished lot
- Lot code printed on the pack, traceable to the inbound container
- COA issued automatically with each shipment

Service 02
Custom blending
Bring a recipe you already own, a competitor's product you want matched, or a rough idea and a target cost. Our bench work runs in 25 lb pilots until you sign off, then scales to 500 lb or 2,000 lb ribbon batches.
- Typical bench-to-approval time: 10–14 business days
- Your formula stays yours — held under NDA, never resold
- Allergen-segregated room with dedicated scoops and a validated clean-out
- Salt, sugar and acid levels tuned to your cost target without hidden fillers
Service 03
Private label & contract packing
We fill and finish retail jars, shakers and pouches under your brand. Send artwork and we'll handle label application, tamper bands, date coding and case packing to your retailer's spec.
- Runs from 500 to 40,000 units
- Glass jars, PET shakers, stand-up pouches, nitrogen flush optional
- UPC/GS1 application and case labeling
- Nutrition panel support through an outside lab we coordinate

Standing delivery programs
For multi-unit operators: we hold your par levels, deliver on a fixed weekday, and invoice once per month against a single account. Pricing is locked for the agreed window (usually 90 days) so your food-cost model stops moving underneath you.
Own-truck DFW route
Tuesday and Thursday across Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Irving, Garland and Denton.
Consolidated billing
One statement, per-location breakout, net 15 or net 30 on approved credit.
Usage reporting
Quarterly report of consumption by location so purchasing can spot drift early.
