Dallas, Texas · Est. 2009
Trinity Fork Spice Works mills, blends and packs culinary spices for restaurant groups, co-packers, butchers and specialty grocers across Texas. Order today, and in most cases it grinds tomorrow morning.
Who we are
We started in 2009 in a 3,200 sq ft bay off Fancher Drive with one hammer mill, a sifter and a customer list of eleven West Dallas taquerias. Today we run four mills and a dedicated allergen-segregated blend room from the same street — still family-owned, still answering the phone ourselves.
Everything we sell is bought as whole seed, pod or bark and ground against a live order. That single rule is why our cumin smells like cumin when the box is opened in your kitchen, and why chefs stop reformulating around a fading ingredient.
What we do
From a single case of ground ancho to a scheduled private-label run with your artwork on the jar.

Freshness, measured
01
Cumin loses roughly a third of its volatile oil within 90 days of grinding in standard retail packaging. Our average ship-after-grind is under two days.
02
Paprika ASTA colour is measured on receipt and again at release. We publish the reading on every certificate of analysis.
03
Kitchens routinely cut seasoning usage 10–15% after switching, because they stop over-dosing to chase flavour from tired product.
